Due to the rapid turn around and how quickly parts go into manufacturing, it is often very difficult to cancel an order after it has been placed. If you hope to cancel an order, please contact with your Account Manager immediately so we can attempt to accommodate. If an order has already started production, we are unable to cancel and refund the part. Because of our speed of production, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel an order after it has been placed, so please double check to make sure the order is as you expect before placing.
