We take pride in manufacturing all parts to the highest quality and in total accordance with your design requirements and specification. We also have very strict quality check and quality assurance checks in place. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with any parts after delivery, we have a 72-hour window where you can notify us about this. If over 72 hours, there is no guarentee we will be able to issue an RMA. Should Haizol be at fault, we will provide replacements or a suitable solution.
